Hello,
Thought you might enjoy a few of the things that drive me crazy as a 911 dispatcher.

 me: "911 where's your emergency?"
caller: "Is this 720..."

me: "When he ran from the car, which way did he go?"
caller: "that way!"

me: "is the male white, black or Hispanic?"
caller: "he is American."

me: "police and fire this is Jamie."
caller: "is this the police?"
