weekend

Hello,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I am a little behind because I was off work different days!! I had a class - in the day time - blah! So I had Thursday off , class Friday, off Saturday - and because of the class I got Sunday off and I was under the weather for Monday night. I still have a sore throat but I came to work anyway. Staying up all night alone at home - boring! I had shows to watch and I stitched but still.
We had a nice weekend. Saturday we went letterboxing. We now have 805 finds!! We were at a lake that had pelicans - how incredible they are and HUGE!!!

 In the middle of boxing we went to lunch at Tocabe. It's the only Native American restaurant in Denver. It has been on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. I had the grilled chicken Indian taco that Guy had - has some crazy hominy salsa on it. I thought it was good.

 Scott had the bison taco. 

We also got fry bread nuggets and wojapi with fry bread.

 I was stuffed!! We did walk a lot!! I used the Run Keeper app I got - it says we went 2.8 miles. I failed to turn it on for our longest walk in the muck - that was at least a mile. I think we got in 4 miles total! 

When it got dark we went to the movies. We saw Quartet. I think we were the youngest people in the theater - and there were only about 15 of us and on a Saturday night! The movie was cute - a little slow but cute anyway. 

Sunday we hung around at home. I made some recipes - that will be a post for tomorrow. I am almost done with Bear Tree Forest - I can't wait!! Scott is working on a new frame - I love it and can't wait to show it here!!
