I got up at 1:00 today - a little earlier than I wanted but whaddya gonna do?!? I went to the gym and did some house stuff. For dinner I made Chicken Shiitake and Wild Rice Soup from Skinnytaste of course. Good day for a hot soup. I love this recipe!
We had a salad with it. Very tasty indeed. It would be good with bread if you can spare the points - it's filling without though so if you can't spare the points you sure don't miss it! It is so cold outside today - brrrr! Hope you are warm and full of good food!
